Peer Review Process
The practise of peer review is an essential part of maintaining substantial standards in publishing and brings out the best possible scientific journal information from the potential authors and researchers globally.
All articles submitted that go to the editorial staff will be selected through the Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation process by editorial team members. They will be evaluated in the office, whether it is suitable for the Hilbert Journal of Mathematical Analysis focus and scope or has a major methodological flaw and similarity score. We do not process any plagiarised content. Then, the articles will be sent to the peer reviewers (at least two reviewers) referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors based on Reviewers' comments.
Editors’ decision together with reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 30 to 60 days. The article could be accepted without revision, accepted with minor or major revision, and rejected. The peer-review result will be notified to the authors via OJS. The author then has to revise as suggested by the reviewer no later than six weeks upon notification.
The accepted research articles will be available online (free download) following the journal peer-reviewing process. The articles sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. All articles published in Open Access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. We are continuously working with our author communities to select the best choice of license options, currently being defined for this journal as Creative Commons Attribution.
To prevent plagiarism, all the articles prior to publication should be checked for originality using Turnitin/Ithenticate, with a maximum similarity limit of 25%. Author must attach the certificate of similarity check by uploading it as the supplementary file
